Yes! Some of our ingredients in Desinchá Debloatea contain a small amount of caffeine which helps your body gain more energy, like Green Tea and Guarana. Our tea has a formula that has been carefully measured out. Each tea bag only has about 35 mg of caffeine. An average cup of coffee is around 90 mg to 130 mg, depending on the type of coffee, so you are safe in knowing that our tea is kind to you and will not make you feel wired and over-caffeinated.

How to steep the perfect cup of  Desinchá.
