RECIPE OF THE WEEK: CORN CAKE

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/2 cup of Cooked Corn
  • 2 Eggs
  • 3 tablespoons of Coconut Oil
  • 1/2 cup of Xylitol sweetener
  • 1/2 cup of Almond Flour
  • 4 tablespoons of Grated Coconut
  • 1 teaspoon of Yeast

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. In a blender, beat corn, eggs, melted coconut oil, xylitol, and almond flour.
  2. Add the grated coconut, yeast, and mix.
  3. In a silicone form , place the cake in a preheated oven at 356•F for 30 minutes or until the toothpick comes out dry.
